As with a lot of Microgaming titles, Lucky Witch is a fully customisable slot that allows players to select the number of active paylines along with their coin size and coin amount each spin. These include various potions and spells, grinning pumpkins and all manner of witchy familiars like black cats, stone gargoyles and lizards.
The game’s logo is the wild symbol and substitutes for any icon other than the scatter or bonus potions, with wins being doubled when it features alongside one of the four higher-value symbols. This logo also appears as a stack on all reels to further improve your chances of winning, while a red-haired witch icon is added to the reels during free spins feature as an additional multiplier wild.
Lucky Witch also features its own piece of spooky background music throughout, which helps add to the game’s atmosphere without being unnecessarily dark or dreary. All in all, this makes for a fairly engaging slot that stays true to its theme throughout to create an immersive experience for players.
Toil and Trouble
In terms of features, Lucky Witch serves up the perfect brew of free spins and instant-win bonuses. By matching three potion scatter symbols anywhere on the gameboard, players will receive 13 bonus games with an extra wild, with this feature re-triggered whenever three more potions appear.
Perhaps more interesting, however, are the four pick-and-click games that are triggered by the mystery bonus cauldron. When this symbol appears on reels 1, 3 and 5, players will randomly be transported to a unique game where they can reveal additional cash prizes and multipliers. The first game is the Pumpkin Bonus and sees them pick from three pumpkins to reveal a prize amount, with players then able to swap their winnings for a second pick if they’re not satisfied with the results.

Despite showing its age in terms of visuals, Lucky Witch is nevertheless a highly engaging slot that offers the possibility of huge wins.
