The Riches Of The Orient
As with most Microgaming slots, players have the option to play Jewels of the Orient “regular” or “expert” mode. There isn’t really much difference between the two formats, save the fact that you can use an “autoplay” feature when spinning as an expert. Both gameplay modes offer the same wagering options which offer up to 20 coins of the following denominations: 0.01, 0.02, 0.05, 0.10. 0.20 and 0.25. These coins will be combined to determine the bet per line value, which will in turn be multiplied by the number of active paylines in play to calculate the total bet. You can play with as little as 1 payline or as many as all 9.
The best winning symbol is the actually a wild symbol, represented by the game’s logo. Finding five of these on an active line will multiply the value of the line bets by 2,500x. This wild will also complete winning lines by substituting for all other game symbols, except for the scatter. The next most valuable symbols are the various Oriental ladies. The lady in red will pay up to 800x the value on the bet per line and the yellow woman will award 500x. Green means 300x, blue will give a 200x multiplier and pink will reward players with a 150x win. The two ornamental boxes will both pay a 100x line bet multiplier if five fall on an active line.
Enter Into The Emperor’s Palace
The only symbol left to mention is the scatter icon. This glorious oriental style palace symbol doesn’t need to appear on any of the 9 paylines to be of use. In fact, find no less than three of these scatters on the reels and you will be invited inside the palace to play a bonus game.
