The moment you first enter this slot you’ll know it’s different as you have an immediate choice to make – which sorceress do you want to play with? You’ll have a choice of a black haired sorceress clothed in red with a slightly evil look on her face to the left and a flame haired friendlier looking sorceress clothed in blue to the right of the screen. The reels are set against the backdrop of a night time scene with stars twinkling in the sky, and the sorceress’s sitting either side of the title. The symbols on the reels are all drawn in a cartoon style, each of these large and ornate in very bright colours. Each spin is met by a sprinkling of stars cascading down the screen. This makes for a slot which feels a little busy at times, the large symbols and the other effects alongside the big bold colours giving it a crowded feel. There isn’t a soundtrack as such, just the sound effect of the reels in action, joined by some relevant jingles when a win is achieved.
Setup and Play for Bewitched Slot
This five reel slot has 15 win lines. You’ll be able to play 1, 5, 10 or all 15 of these. You’ll choose both the coin value and the line bet amount, which in combination with the number of lines will give you the total stake for each spin.
You’ll need to land consecutive symbols from left to right on a win line to achieve a win. The top three standard symbols in the game will pay out when landing just two in a row, while you’ll need three in a row of any other symbol. The top three symbols are the castle, the green hatted sorceress and the frog and these pay out 1,000, 750 and 500 coins respectively for landing five in a row. These symbols are joined by a crystal ball, a spell book, red boots and a hat and the moon, as well as the playing card symbols from Jack to Ace.
You’ll find an auto-play option where the slot will continue until you either activate one of the two features or you manually hit the stop button.
The wild symbol is the owl and will substitute for any other symbol apart from the scatter and bonus symbols. This symbol is actually the highest paying one in the game, winning you 2,000 coins for five in a row.
Bewitched Slot Features
This slot by iSoftbet has two main features.
The first is the bonus game which is activated by landing the ‘Wizard’ bonus symbol three or more times across the reels. Here you’ll be taken to another screen where you’ll find the wizard surrounded by books and potions. Across the bottom of the screen are a number of potions and you’ll pick these in hope of winning money, free spins or best of all the progressive jackpot that can be won at the slot.
The free spins round is activated when landing the blue hatted sorceress scatter symbol two or more times. At the start of the game you picked a sorceress and this is the point at which this choice becomes important. The sorceresses will now enter into a battle where one will randomly be chosen and if you picked right, the free spins round is greatly improved.
Pick wrong and you’ll gain a free spin for every scatter symbol landed – so the minimum two scatters will give you a rather paltry two free spins. However, if you had picked correctly you can treble the number of free spins. In addition you’ll also gain an instant win when landing the feature – this is 2x, 50x, 100x and 200x your total bet stake if landing 2, 3, 4 or 5 scatters respectively. Pick the correct sorceress at the start however and you can multiply these instant win amounts by 5.

Bewitched Slot Summary
My first impressions of the slot weren’t too good, the crowded feel being a little too much at the start. However, I have to say this slot does grow on you. Any slot which offers a bonus round, a free spins round and a progressive jackpot is one you’ll take notice of. The choice of sorceress at the start of the game also adds another element to the game. This is an excellent slot with great variety which will eventually cast a spell on you.
