After recently expanding its footprint in the Italian market, Playson has inked a deal with Spanish online gaming operator Alea that will see its wide-ranging suite of games and engagement tools made available to the firm’s content aggregation platform and virtual casino brands.
The Malta-based casino software developer’s entire catalog of slots, including popular titles such as Solar Temple, Vikings Fortune: Hold and Win, released in March 2019, and the ancient Egyptian-themed, Rise of Egypt Deluxe, are now accessible via the operator’s advanced aggregator platform, AleaPlay, and its multiple online casinos, not the least of which is its flagship B2C brand, SlotsMillion.
Additionally, Playson’s myriad of promotional tools, such as Jackpots, Extra Spins, Seamless Play, and regular Tournaments with varying mechanics, each of which has been proven to boost player retention and lengthen dwell time, are also part of the deal.
In a company press release, Playson Managing Director Ivan Farrugia, commented on the new agreement, saying…
“We’re delighted to work with Alea and it’s our pleasure to supply this award-winning organisation with engaging and exciting games.
“Both companies share common values and we envisage this deal as the start of a long-term mutually beneficial partnership.”
The Barcelona-headquartered operator is the creator of virtual reality online casino, SlotsMillion VR, a brand extension of SlotsMillion and is the first online casino to transform existing games from the likes of developers including NetEnt, Microgaming, and NextGen into VR, and build an immersive 3D and social environment around them while injecting popular 2D games into cabinets.
Also commenting on the deal, Co-founder of Alea, Alexander Tomic, said…
“Playson’s games are some of the most popular in the industry and we’re thrilled to have access to new titles along with classics such as Solar Queen and the company’s Timeless Fruits Slots series.
“Integrating such a well-respected slot provider ensures our fans receive the ultimate gaming experience and we look for forward to our future with the game developer.”
As mentioned, Playson recently enhanced its presence in the Italian regulated market after inking a partnership deal with Snaitech S.p.A. Like the Alea deal, the Milan-headquartered operator will also have access to popular games and integration-free engagement tools.
